classes

mat – (limited to four participants)
Mat classes are a series of floor exercises designed to teach proper breathing, balance, correct alignment, stability, and coordination. Modifications are addressed for those with minor injuries.

Beginning: Wednesday 9:00 am
Intermediate/ Advanced: Monday 9:00 am

reformer / tower – (limited to three participants)
These classes are a series of exercise performed on the equipment. Joseph Pilates created all the equipment to act as additional muscles to aid the body on its path to health. The power of the spring accesses the weak or elusive areas of your body to uniformly build alignment, and muscular balance. Modifications are taught for those with minor injuries.
